Allison Mecher has been with the firm since 2015 and concentrates her practice in the defense of workers’ compensation cases. She was named as a Partner in 2020. Allison graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2009 and worked as a law clerk for a medical malpractice defense firm for two years during law school. She then clerked for a federal Administrative Law Judge at the Social Security Administration from 2010 to 2015. Allison has presented on a variety of topics involving workers’ compensation law and is a regular contributor to the firm’s blog. She is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association. She is also a certified fitness instructor and volunteers her time serving the community as an active member of the Imerman Angels Professionals Board.
