Dane Kurth, based in the firm’s Indianapolis, Indiana office, has been an Associate with the firm since 2013. He was born and raised in Danville, Illinois, and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before earning a joint JD/MBA degree from Southern Illinois University. Prior to joining Inman & Fitzgibbons, Dane worked at the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he gained extensive litigation experience while conducting both jury and bench trials for crimes ranging from misdemeanors to major felony offenses.
Since joining Inman & Fitzgibbons, Dane’s primary areas of practice are workers’ compensation defense and employer liability defense for employers, third-party administrators, and municipalities throughout Illinois and Indiana. While much of Dane’s practice is concentrated in the central and southern regions of Illinois and Indiana, he handles cases throughout both states. In addition, Dane is a regular contributor to the firm’s blog and presenter to clients and outside organizations regarding the handling of worker’s compensation claims in Illinois and Indiana.
