This representation includes national accounts in the food services, beverage, building supply, and transportation industries, as well as municipalities, healthcare providers and third party administrators. Terry’s practice also includes subrogation claims on behalf of employers in related civil litigation. Terry is also licensed in the state of Iowa where he has represented employers at the pre-trial discovery, mediation, trial, and Commission levels.
