Governor Quinn has appointed Arbitrator Stephen Mathis as a Commissioner representing the public. Commissioner Mathis has served as an Arbitrator since 1996.

Governor Quinn also appointed Jessica Hegarty as an Arbitrator. Arb. Hegarty holds degrees from Loyola University and Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is a partner in the firm, Hegarty and Hegarty.

According to the IWCC, more information will be posted in the coming days regarding the panel assignments and arbitration zone assignments affected by these appointments.
